| Jim Wainright has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Jim recently served as Acting President since October 2009. Jim has nearly two decades of experience in the HVAC industry as both a manufacturer of equipment and a supplier to the industry. He joined Tecumseh Products in 2007 as Vice President, Global Operations. Previously, Jim was Senior Vice President of Global Operations for A.O. Smith Corporation – Electrical Products Division. Jim has held various engineering and operations management positions with United Technologies Corporation (Carrier and Automotive Divisions) and Lear Corporation. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York and an MBA degree from Lawrence Technology University. |

| Jim Conner joins Tecumseh from BBK, Ltd., where he was managing director since 2005. Jim has worked with automotive suppliers and other manufacturing companies to help them develop and implement their product, financial and operating strategies. From 2000 to 2005, Jim was president and chief executive officer of Newcor, Inc., which manufactures precision-machined components and related products for the automotive, heavy truck, agricultural and appliance industries. Jim joined Newcor in 1999 as vice president and chief financial officer. Before joining Newcor, he was vice president and chief financial officer for Rockwell Medical Technologies, Inc., from 1996 to 1999 and coordinated that company’s initial public offering. From 1991 to 1996, as president of engine bearing manufacturer Glacier Vandervell, Inc., he helped drive improved performance across all facets of the business. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science from Lawrence Technological University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Michigan. |

Michael A. Noelke joined Tecumseh Products from the Sporlan Division of Parker Hannifin Corp., Washington, Mo., where he was global vice president, business development. During his 32-year career with Sporlan, a leading global supplier of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration components, Noelke served as division general manager, operations manager and marketing manager, as well as in various sales, engineering and planning positions. Under Noelke’s leadership, Sporlan delivered significant improvements in quality, customer service and revenue driven by lean manufacturing, a disciplined supply chain management process and customer-focused product development.
Noelke has been active in supporting the refrigeration and air conditioning industry throughout his career as a member of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society, past president of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) St. Louis chapter and as a member of the communications committee and past president of the Valves and Accessories section of the Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI).

| Tim Atzinger was appointed Vice President of Global Human Resources in January, 2008. Tim joined Tecumseh from Handleman Company where he served as Vice President of Human Resources. He has held senior HR roles in three divisions of Philips Electronics, a global manufacturer of consumer electronics, lighting and healthcare products. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western Kentucky University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Louisville |

| Lynn Dennison was appointed Vice President and General Counsel in January 2008. She joined Tecumseh from Honda of America Mfg., Inc., where she served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Assistant Vice President for Corporate Affairs, Compliance and Ethics. Prior to working with Honda, she was a Litigation Associate at Foley and Lardner in Chicago, IL. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science & English from University of Indiana as well as a Juris Doctorate from the Ohio State University College of Law. |

| K.L. (Seshu) Seshasai |

| K.L. (Seshu) Seshasai was appointed Vice President of Global Engineering in May 2008. Prior to joining Tecumseh, Seshu served as the Group Vice President of Research, Development and Engineering for Newell Rubbermaid. He has also held senior level engineering leadership positions at Textron, The Stanley Works, and NACCO Material Handling Group. Seshu holds a BE in Structural Civil Engineering from Bangalore University as well as a Master of Science and PhD in Structural Engineering from Oklahoma State University. |
